About Me

After gaining experience in various IT roles, including Business Process Analyst, and Technical Consultant, I chose to focus entirely on Business Analysis in the late 1990s. This path led me to work with a range of leading financial services organisations, giving me the deep sector expertise needed to drive successful projects today.

I established my own consultancy in 2015 to provide dedicated contract BA services and since then I have successfully partnered with leading financial institutions including Equiniti (HM Government), Railpen, Lloyds Banking Group, Zurich Insurance, Vitality Invest and Canada Life.

I bring decades of hands-on experience and deep industry knowledge to every client engagement.

I am experienced with Process Mapping, Change Management, Agile principles, Waterfall, SLDC, and PRINCE2 methodologies – all of which aid me in driving excellent client engagement and organisational success.  I am able to lead cross-functional teams to success whilst ensuring exceptional stakeholder relations are maintained.

During my experience as a Business Analyst I have continually achieved high client satisfaction ratings, ensured the prompt and successful completion of all projects/tasks, and have streamlined operations/communications.

I hold active SC clearance for HM Government until 2030.
